you should watch the whole video. That wasn't the reason why he was in jail in Panama City. He's actually happy tax evasion charges were charged on him, so that he was moved to another jail that treated him normally.
There are some valid points Joe Francis made in the video and hopefully some sort of investigation is done on the mayor and sheriff in Panama City.
