Sheesh... here is much the same as North America with lawyers - they churn them out of law colleges like conveyor belts of cookies from a bakery and most end up ambulance chasing, or similar, in the hope that one day they will see the inside of a courtroom
It's like swatting mostquitos to get good lawyers (and worth keeping when that happens), but also very easy to drown the amateur element when they start fantasizing to protect their scumbag clients.
