The guy that picked us up at the airport was very prompt and spoke English pretty well.
The guy that picked us up at the Hilton was 20 minutes late, but since driver 1 over estimated how long it would take to get back to the airport, and ATA was an hour and a half late on departure, it really wasn't an issue.
I will recommend them, and use them anytime I go to NYC.
