If you believe #1 than you really dont know anything about American culture.
And yea I know that all the worlds resources dont belong to us(yet) but seeing as how the majority of Americans are greedy(1/4 people are fat in the US) what makes you think that we won't try to take everything from the rest of the world and either keep it for ourselves or resell it to the world.
This country was created on the backs of slaves STOLEN from a country. Some of our land was STOLEN from Mexico(purchased my ass). What we(usa) are doing now is what we have been doing inside our own country for years, now we are just doing it to the rest of the world. So BEND OVER
