Like when I asked for the charge codes to test the response ( approved, declined, stolen, etc ..) she had no idea what I was taking about ....
I found them, on their site, with google ....
Now, maybe my bad experience is due to her incompetence. Administration was kind enough to refund all setup fees , approval fees, because of the bad situation ...
