"Extortion" is a bit strong of a term; perhaps the 'I don't feel I should have to pay because..' is a much more apropos statement. Extortion implies malice. I don't think your intent is directly malice.

I've managed to find/recover 3 of your emails from the sixblack domain from Q3/06, and although all of them were where you were complaining about your custom budget P3 hosting plan, none of them were directly implying that you'd go to GFY and complain.
