I talk to lawyers and basically you have to prove that you were financially damage to proceed, so if you were and had a reason to tell me I should consider it lost and you live in US, you should let me know.

I'm going to start collecting this info. I've had it with these guys. They'll get me my money and I'll feel like a nice guy again, but I've fucking had it and I know I'm not the only one.
