I dont think its possible to take one side or the other. Im sure there was some "help" from the inside on doing something, everything seems to happen to perfectly. But until someone comes up with some hardcore evidence, i dont believe either side.
There is good supporting evidence from both sides tho, dont get me wrong. But even IF it was planned, that would never ever come foward and the govt would continue to deny it. Honestly, do you ever think they would?
