You must be under at least 35. I know long ago they used to teach at least two different classes minimum that covered human anatomy. Guess that may have been one of the many cuts. Either that or the Christian right has fought the schools and now shit magically materializes in your lower colon now.
Seriously though how can any male not know the anatomy of the ass. We have a prostate that can kill us. We damn well should know how that area works and what is normal. Do not fret though, soon as you age you will end up paying someone else to investigate your ass. If you ask they will show you the tv monitor while they shove the camera up there.
