If you want to have clean anal sex, you need your girl to use a vaginal douche or have an enema done before, and not have her eat a few hours before.
You can get these vaginal douches at the pharmacy for a few bucks only. They're not the funniest to use but its worth for having clean anal sex.
Anal sex can be fun, but I always thought the whole process of 'cleaning up and fasting' for it takes the whole spark out of it. However I wouldnt do it without going through the cleaning process. Oh well...
