I doubt this not in the least. As a lover of democracy, I believe that Saddam should be routed. However, it will be long and drawn out. Avoidance of this is happnestance. The intelligence requried to locate, assasinate, and supplant Saddam has been consumed. A frontal attack is planned. A frontal attack is the last bastion of any great military.
