UFO's yes... But if the UFO's reported on Earth are actually extraterrestrial life , who knows. But the odds that extraterrestrials "don't" exist is pretty much mathematically impossible given the size of the Universe.
As for Ghosts.. or spirits or whatever they really are.. I am pretty sure they do exist. Way too much evidence for them not to.
In fact I have lots of personal family experiences with the supernatural.
When my Mother was a little girl she used to live in a house. She woke up one night and saw a man standing at the foot of her bed... She would also feel someone touching her hand lightly at night. Her sister which slept in the same room also had the experiences.
Another experience happened to my Mother along with myself and my Grandmother. I was still small but I remember it. It happened in a different house. The house had a door that lead into the garage. The garage had no way into it other than the main garage door which was locked up tight since it was the dead of winter. All of a sudden the door knob leading into the house from the garage began to turn , and turn pretty violently as if someone was trying to force their way in. It lasted only a few seconds then stopped. We investigated and nothing was there. The garage door was still locked up tight...
The next night my Grandfather died of a massive heart attack out of the blue... they always think it was a sign from someone that it was about to happen..
