There are a few who charge and pay in Euros - Pay Serve is one
Got someone compiling a list now and distinguishing sponsors who just pay in Euros and other currencies while charging the usual low dollar value, and others who price more in line with eg the Euro and pay in Euros and GBP. Will post some info on this when it's complete
