In a way I do this... I don't go straight through and I break it all up. I usually try and take go 2 days weight training, day odd, 2 days, 1 off and if I do go the 5th, I hit it pretty light. You're doing a lot better than me. I smoke and take long walks. I just remember that shit from high school when I was into bodybuilding and everything.
