He is racist and ignorant no question there but from articles in this thread he basically says he uses the N word how other people might call everyone 'bitch' - so I'm not convinced of it having the intent/power the word did way back in the day.
My major point though was that's in his personal life I don't think it should have any bearing on his professional career.
Besides, I haven't met a single person in my life who has never used a racial slur to my knowledge, be i tout of anger or in jokes or whatever. So this guy should be punished for something everyone does ?
