Sure it could be that. Just seems like he would yell "oh shit" or something immediately if he saw/felt the room fall in. He would see the roof fall then it would go boom on the floor so we would hear : "Oh shit and Boom" almost at the same time and not a full second later.
It's the 2 booms before the crashing and screaming that puzzles me.
I can easily see one boom followed imediately by the crash because the boom is just the inital fall through. In other words, if you take out the first boom in the vid then that is what I might expect to hear.
Look at this vid where the maintance guy in the basement hears explosions before the first plane hit. It could have been electric transformers or generators failing under normal circumstances but who knows.

Also the booms I hear in the other vids could be transformers blowing from fire...who knows? These are just questions because there still needs to be a solid explanation of how the buildings fell. It's not like one failed and the other didn't. It's like the perfect attack and perfect conditions twice in a row. I mean, the terrorist had a perfect day.
