you be surprised and trust me when I said I was surprised on the growth speed Alex is bringing to the table, PR was in the making for the past year or so and was focusing on collocation only, looking at the registrar is wrong as we had to pay $8K for the domain.
Now how can you own and lease, not sure if you are aware but NONE of the other ISP's here as far as I know own the building they are in, most if not all are on a long term lease.
PR has a 10 year lease agreement with my management and holding company, and I personally spent $650K for the PR DC built out, my biggest mistake i guess is not doing the ARIN application earlier this year when Alex wanted it, i saw no reason at that time since we already have 6 different ASN's...
