Ok I think I understand what you're saying, but I seriously disagree.
Because someone knows that the N word is a racial epithet against black people means they're racist on some level, maybe without even knowing it? No way. Not a chance.
Me having the knowledge does not mean I participate in that thinking whatsoever! When I hear the N word, the automatic and correct association is that the person SAYING it is a racist, insensitive, idiot.
I surely hope there's not people out there who use it for anything else, because thats just patently stupid
