Lately our checks have arrived two or three days later than normal. Normally we get our checks on Thursdays (years ago we got them on Wednesdays, but whatever), but lately? We can't count on them to even come before our bank is closed for the weekend.

I get really tired of everybody rushing to give CCBill a big rimjob whenever anyone simply ASKS about late checks, as though it's an inquiry only the pathetic would make, or something that can be explained away by slow mail, or something we should all pay wire transfer fees to avoid rather than asking at least for an explanation or answer to why direct deposit is not available (has ccbill responded to that request? I've seen people ask about it a bazillion times and don't think I've ever noticed a response).

I feel like I thank CCBill enough by paying thousands of dollars in processing fees to be able to get our money in a predictable, reliable fashion. The dismissive "it's the USPS" responses aren't cutting it and I don't feel like we should have to show our gratitude by pretending it's no big deal that our checks aren't arriving until days later than usual or not even coming the same week they used to.

Give us a real answer to why our checks are arriving later and later or give us direct deposit. How is it possible that Verotel has had direct deposit available for years, but CCBill still hasn't set it up yet? I don't get it.
