regardless of the details..the FACT APS Security is in charge of securing the USA's biggest nuuclear plant is somewhat scary to me.
APS security is like hiring the guy that stands at the door of a store and checks reciepts...i would think that in todays day and age the US would have a somewhat more military types guardng these high risk locarions...not rent-a-cop mental migets who couldnt pass the physical or mental test to join the real police force
