Yep had the same problem last month I tried everything and finally I decided to uninstall ICQ6 and reinstall 5.1 but the same problem was there, so I reinstalled ICQ6 and for some strange reason the problem disappeared. I?m not sure if it was because of the reinstalls or not. Give it a try.
