mtree is going to pay you the most money. You can either go for the $40 signup (increase on 11/4) or go for the revshare (as you've indicated you want). 30% revshare for life. Once someone does a free signup (cc required), they're then tagged as your customer permanently. No cookies needed, no BS, no 14 day expiration, just 30% for life.
Try them all out tho, see who does the best for you 3 or 6 months from now. If you have even fair to good traffic, mtree is going to make you the most money.
