Streamray Has PCT/ revshare, lifetime recurring members and excellent co-branding options.
AWEEmpire Has the 14 day cookie yeah, but whales get re-circulated so the high traffic portal guys do real well. I like them best at the moment just because they make me the most money every period.
PrivateFeeds Have lifetime members on revshare and one of the nicest looking feeds out there.
