Any testimony by a Blackwater CEO is not even worth a dime and would never stand up in any court other than as secondary support evidence (if he could even provide that secondary evidence). It's a farce for public consumption from the best democracy money can buy - nothing more.

You are correct re Iraqi law - the sooner this is enabled and retrospectively implemented, the better. By that time, unless by magic, they are arrested and detained, - they will never set foot in Iraq territory again. Little compensation for families of those murdered to know, as in the child rape and murders, they will never have any justice served in the US.
