Mercenaries do not come under the UCMJ - hell, even the govt have no clue.
They are accountable to the Iraq goverment first where the alleged offenses were committed - not some asshole DOJ in Washington who do not matter a toss to the planet. Quick trial in Baghdad and all convicted can be hanged - preferably will full photo coverage for CNN as a demonstration on how to deal with terrorists
