The woman I spoke with today said that there would be a $500 one time setup fee, and did not mention any reserves. There is however a monthly charge of $40, plus a percentage per transaction (2.3% for visa/mc) and a ten cent charge on each transaction. ON TOP of all that, they charge you seven dollars everytime they deposit money into your account.

Lots of fees, but no annual fee, and no reserve from what I've been told (so far).
