A little about Payoneer - we payout using a prepaid debit MasterCard(r). We send the card all over the world, with the exception of OFAC countries as we are very compliant with US federal regulations as we are a US-based company, additionally, our bank is a US bank (First Bank of Delaware).

Please keep in mind those of you who head straight to our general website that signup rules through partners like AWEmpire, Xtube etc are different from those that come through our general site, which only allows signups within the US.
