Get a hosting account in the US and VPN into it.
That will give you a dedicated tunnel into the hosting account in the US and you can surf from that server account showing people as if you are in the US.
This is what many Americans due to gamble these days.
They have an account in Canada and VPN into it then play from that account saying to the US authorities GFY
