LOL, what does your website prove? You have some banners up there that are his and you claimed to have designed them before you were paid? You need to come up with something better than that.
Why don't you just admit that you were wrong - even if you weren't - its good customer service to do so since OBVIOUSLY your customer thinks you were not treating them properly, make it up with BA the honorable way by producing what he paid for and something a little more at no cost to show good intent and go on making money.
