For everybody who replied to my post and mentioned the "gringo" price..you are paying gringo prices here in the U.S. as well:

-About those expensive Italian leather sofas you buy for hundreds of dollars in the furniture store but in reality are made with Cheap leather from Mexico.
The list can continue...The truth is that the average U.S. Citizen get screwed every day by paying "Gringo" prices right here in the U.S.
Anyway i have seen the condo, it is very nice and most of all with all the paperwork....
