100,000 years from now, Homo sapien will be extinct. We'll be something else.... but, even so, I doubt class will play that big of a part in our genetic drift into distinct species... it'd be barriers of travel, if anything... and by then, I'm sure we'll have expanded into other plantary environments... so planets could be the grounds for species diversification.
As far as disease and/or war killing us off... I doubt it. We're too resilient as a species. Some of us will survive... and hopefully be able to diversify enough after the genetic bottleneck to survive the next tribulation.
