A goal of 100 lb loss in 30 days sounds not just dangerous, but the best way to fail, down the road. Weigh loss of those proportions really should be overseen by a Doctor.



After 3 years of pretending I wasn't a diabetic, my Doctor is being very honest with me, and we've set some goals Food is not as difficult for me to control, I have a small appetite. It is my lack of get up and go and getting my ass out and walking - that will be the most difficult. I may buy a treadmill today.


1500-1700 cal per day over 5 meals
170 grams of carbs
1 year of full bloodwork every 90 days

3 month Goals
daily sticks to check my NPO glucose levels
walk 20 mins 5X a week
weight loss 10 lbs
Lower hemoglobin AIC to 8%

Oy! It sucks getting old kids .. pls take care of yourselves, while you are still young.
