Guess it depends on which side of the fence I am on during any given period. As a site owner it can rock. As an affiliate well some site owners were either lazy or not informed and killed off old code links and alas cost me lots of moola that they get to keep.

I'm with you. It's a love / hate relationship.
I love the software and program overall. It's VERY powerful once you figure it out and I think it would be difficult to move from them once getting used to it.
However...
I HATE the support. And when I say I hate the support, I say that because they do not have 24 hour support. If shit goes wrong after they leave for the day, you are offline for 8 - 12 hours. It has happened to us several times now and we are stuck with our thumbs up our ass for 12 hours until they came in the next morning, which at that time had us back up in SECONDS. But when they leave the office... pray to your God that nothing goes wrong.
I would gladly pay for 24 hour support. I don't think it would break the bank and TMM to have 24 hour emergency support. And I don't know about you, but we are small and need every sale we can get. To go down for hours is unacceptable. Can you imagine how much money is lost when a big dog goes down and loses several hundred sales? Or maybe those guys get a 24 hour "Bat phone." Dunno. I just know that in todays day and age, to have such a service and not have 24 hour support when so much money on the line is unacceptable.
Other than that, I love them too.
