Now the fact that you weigh 442 it will be easier to drop a 100lbs.. a more realistic goal is 60-75 lbs - if you lose too much too fast many things can go wrong.

I agree, you could fuck your self up and shock your body badly, then you will have it all comeback plus some, take your time and do it right, treat it like one of your project sites, you know it's not going to take off in a month so you take the time to do it right, you only get one body it's worth the extra time!
