I don't know WTF he uses but my dad makes the hottest damn hot sauce ever. If you ever get a taste of his bad one your mouth burns for a couple of hours not minutes. And I'm used to hot stuff from growing up with him. Nearly every mean was hot from a kid on. Tabasco taste like water to me.
