I think the jury drew the line at what they thought was forced, violent sex.
BUT , if they had been shown other videos that are sold in Phoenix they might have come down with a Not Guilty verdict. I am looking forward to the results of the appeal, but for now, at least in Arizona, bukakke is not obscene. Nor are the acts depicted in Filthy Things 6.
I guess that makes the fundamentalist's argument that ALL porn is obscene sound pretty stupid
