Unless you have a recurring volume, or a large amount of debt that you are aging out over a period of time, you are going to have a hard time finding a collection agency to contract it for you.

If you are looking at a few one-off debts, your best bet would be to talk to the billing department at your local hospital to see who they use, as a lot of small collection agencies will deal with smaller orders.
