Lonely, scared...19, 20yo's......parents might be stuck on vacation in Hawaii, they just need someone to take them in, tell them every things going to be alright

When they did the evacuations, did they have national guard trucks roll through & knock on doors? Yank people form their homes? Or was it a get out, or get burnt rule?
