Yeah. That I know about. Except I usually don't do the hit in the back of the head, I do the choke her until she passes out thing. Same effect and you can plan your timing better. If she is about to pass out before you come, you can always ease up a little.
Then you start fucking her harder.
You know she's had enough when she gets that cold sweaty feeling... but then you get used to that too.
