It's interesting to me the people making comments. I wonder how many of you have ever been in an emergency situation such as these? Having grown up in SoCal the fires are devastating - always have been and always will be. Think about it. We're talking hundreds of thousands of acres destroyed. So far, we are at about a billion dollars in damage. This has nothing to do with how rich or poor you are. If you knew anything about San Diego or Canyon Country or any of the other places, MOST of the people are hard working, blue collar, or middle class people. It is not cheap in any situation to replace everything in your household. It's even worse to helplessly sit by and watch your house go up in flames as some people have done.
You can't compare them except that both are equally devastating...
