As a professional photographer I strongly recommend against sony digital cameras. They look cute with cute little buttons and all, but the quality is miserable. Remember - any camera will give you decent picture in perfect light, but 85% of the time you will NOT have perfect light. That is when you start appreciating quality glass. Buying new camera? Think Canon. Sony is at the undisputed last spot on the list of recommended cameras.
