And I guess you just never have? My point is you are totally self absorbed. While this topic is very important to you the average person couldn't give a fuck and if states/counties start allocating police officers that are much needed on the streets to tracking people who download movies and music, I'd think you would have outrage by the general public.
And I look at the problem of downloading much like i look at the problem of drugs. You can lock up all the drug users you want but unless you put the dealers/pushers behind bars you'll just have more and more users to lock up. Go after those who enable those to download. Only that would make sense and require a lot less manpower.
