Good question. I'd have to give it more thought, but I'd imagine it'd be something like:
The First Course - a sushi sampler - prepared by Chef Masaharu Morimoto, including: Tuna, Salmon, Toro, Spicey Tuna Roll, a Salmon Skin Hand Roll, and chef's selections, accompanied by Morimoto's own Imperial Pilsner, produced by Rogue.
The Second Course -2 lb. Aged Bone-In Ribeye -prepared by Chef Bobby Flay - grilled medium rare
...served with garlic mashed potatoes, sauteed balsamic asparagus, and baguette all prepared by Chef Mario Batali. Paired with Sweetened Ice Tea, and 2 glasses of Eagle Rare Single Barrel Bourbon, with one cube each.
For Dessert - Chocolate Chip Cookies with hand-made vanilla ice cream on the side, prepared by Chef Alton Brown, paired with a glass of milk and a snifter of Louis XIII Cognac with some variety of Romeo y Juileta cigar.
If I knew it to be my last, that is.
