You need a Exchange Server service, we use http://www.intermedia.net/ and my outlook, web browser(if I want), phone, laptop are all synced together.

Also I use it for my phone contacts, so I lose my phone all I have to do is connect to the exchange server and BAM my contacts are all there on a new phone.
