When you consider that he hadn't played football since high school he actually did ok in his NFL tryout. The Vikings offered him the opportunity to play in NFL Europe so he obviously impressed a few people, but he turned it down for whatever reason.
He's not quite as cut as he was in the WWE but he is still every bit as big. The WWE always lies about the wrestlers heights and weights so Brock was never 300 pounds. He was always around 265 in the WWE and he is around 265 now. He's not as ripped because he is not as focused on weight training now as he is MMA training.
I think he is going to do great so long as the UFC doesn't try and rush him right into a high level fight. The guy only has one MMA fight and I never could understand why people want to rush a guy into a high level fight right off the bat. I hear the same shit about Kimbo, that he should be fighting MMA veterans before he has even has an official MMA fight (the Mercer fight was an exhibition). You wouldn't expect any other MMA novice to fight a Tim Sylvia or a Cheick Kongo right off the bat irregardless of their credentials, so why should either of those guys?
