yep, can't believe it myself. But I was seriously putting down like 1500 calories every night at midnight before bed. you should see the stretch marks I have since the loss was so rapid...that's one thing that sucks.
My waist went from a 40 (very tight!) to a 36 comfortably. Pretty amazing.
