Cool... Congrats!
I'm at -10 pounds in the last 8 weeks... going for -55 pounds in 55 weeks... figure getting a bit ahead is sensible with the holidays coming up, and me returning to my mother's cooking for a week in December.
Though unlike you, I haven't modified my diet at all, but am instead doing it via 100% exercise... just two 20-minute sessions of cardio 4 days a week. Figure sitting on my ass all day for the last couple years, it's about time I got back into shape.
