I just got a new 17" LCD and just as i got everything set up and ready to go, i notice that there is a sort of clear bar that is as wide as the screen that just kinda scrolls from top to bottom constantly
. I took it back and exchanged it for a new monitor but its doing the same thing. Some recommended that I change it to 60hz, but its already set to 60...looks 100x worse on 75. Someone else said it might be "60 cycle noise" but i have no idea what that is or what to do about it. It's an HP w17e...any suggestions from anyone?
