its a normal recruiting method. people support Hamas... Hamas throws a little money at people, build schools, rebuild homes, fund hospitals etc... all while they are actively recruiting people for their military wing as "righteous people who are truly fighting for us and care about us"
but thanks for clarifying your position. the US government gives plenty of aid to all sorts of countries... so you shouldn't question whats happening in Iraq or anywhere else with your logic. afterall, the US pays to build schools, hospitals etc
