While in theory are are basically correct, but there are some major factors you are leaving out such as, How many idiots are on that better server? how many bogus scripts are each of the idiots trying to run? How much traffic at any given time is each user using? the list goes on as to whay a dedicated is much better if it is specked nicely and the price is competitive. Also no matter what any host offers some people here especially the newbs are simply looking for the cheapest hosting available with no regards for anything else (support, quality etc...) simply the lowest price. Then the morons start a thread like this one crying that their 4 dollar virtual host is down again......
